No contract disruption
Your GPO and prime-vendor agreements carry your contracted volume and they should. Keystone fills the orders those channels cannot, on a standard PO, with no renegotiation.

No. We quote the lines your primary channel cannot fill. Standing programs are available for accounts that want a second source on high-velocity items, but the base business stays where it is.
How do you verify availability?
We confirm on-hand quantity, lot dating, and ship point with the source before a price goes on the quote. Screens say a lot of things; we call.
Do you buy inventory for me ahead of time?
For health systems and large accounts with an open PO or standing order, yes: we hold high-velocity items in Edina against that commitment. We do not pre-buy inventory on speculation.
What about Rx-only devices?
Prescription-labeled devices are sold only to licensed practitioners and facilities after a license check. They are quoted, not sold online.
What documentation comes with a sourced item?
Lot, expiration, country of origin, certificate of conformance, IFU, and FDA registration or 510(k) references where applicable.
