Account Executive, healthcare and government (Edina, MN or remote)
Own a territory of hospitals, surgery centers, senior living, school districts, and agencies. Quote, source, and close with the sourcing desk behind you.
- Run 20 to 30 buyer conversations a week and turn quotes around the same day
- Respond to bids, RFQs, and IFBs with the capability statement and past performance
- Build standing orders and quarterly stocking programs
- 2+ years in B2B or healthcare sales; distribution, PPE, or lab experience a plus
Base plus uncapped commission. Start date open.
Inside Sales and Customer Service (Edina, MN)
The voice on the phone and the name on the quote. Answer inbound requests, turn quotes around in under four hours, manage reorders and standing orders, and keep accounts informed on lead times and tracking.
- Quote from the catalog and the Master Pricing Sheet, confirm on-hand stock before sending
- Enter orders in QuickBooks and Shopify, send tracking, chase POs
- Clear writing, fast typing, comfortable with spreadsheets

Sourcing and Purchasing Coordinator (Edina, MN)
Work the backorder and allocation lists: verify availability with manufacturers and suppliers, build cross-references and substitutes, confirm lot and dating, and keep the shortage board current.
- Issue purchase orders, confirm ship dates, and reconcile supplier invoices
- Maintain country of origin, SDS, IFU, and certification files
- Detail-driven, persistent on the phone, comfortable negotiating
Warehouse and Fulfillment Associate (Edina, MN)
Receive against POs, put away, pick, pack, wrap, photograph, and ship. Lot and expiration tracking on every inbound pallet.
- Pack small parcel and build LTL pallets, print labels, schedule pickups
- Cycle count and keep the stocking list current
- Forklift certification a plus, ability to lift 50 lb

Government Contracts and Bid Specialist (Edina, MN or remote)
Find, qualify, and answer public sector solicitations: state and local bids, cooperative contracts, and federal opportunities under our NAICS codes.
- Monitor bid portals daily, build the pricing response with sales, submit on time
- Maintain SAM.gov, state vendor registrations, and certifications
- Experience with government procurement or proposal writing
Marketing and Content Coordinator (remote)
Turn product knowledge into buyer-facing content: category guides, stocking lists, email campaigns, and the weekly shortage briefing.
- Write clearly for procurement, infection prevention, and facilities audiences
- Manage the email list, social accounts, and Google Business Profile
- Basic HTML and image editing helpful
Operations and Finance Associate, part-time (Edina, MN or remote)
Keep the books and the paperwork moving: invoicing, collections, AP, sales tax certificates, W-9 and COI requests, and month-end close support.
- QuickBooks Online experience required
- Organized, discreet with customer and supplier information
Internships: sales, sourcing, and marketing (Edina, MN)
Paid, part-time, 10 to 20 hours a week during the school year and full-time in summer. Interns work real accounts and real bids from week one.
