Keystone Supply Group is a Minnesota-based distributor and sourcing partner founded in August 2025 to do one thing well: keep facilities supplied when their primary channel cannot.
The product usually exists. Somebody has to find it.
Every global shock follows the same script. Supply tightens, prices spike, and the buyers who optimized purely for unit cost discover they have no second option. The problem was never the price. It was the absence of a backup.
We started Keystone after watching the same failure repeat hundreds of times: a facility told a product was unavailable when it existed somewhere in the channel. One distributor showing out of stock does not mean the market is out. The constraint is visibility. We built the reach to verify what is actually on hand rather than what a screen says, and to move before the gap becomes a canceled procedure.
We do not ask anyone to replace Medline, McKesson, Cardinal Health, Henry Schein, or Owens & Minor. Those relationships carry contracted volume and they should. Keystone exists for the orders those channels cannot fill, and for the routine supply of clinics, senior living, labs, schools, agencies, and commercial operators who want a vendor that answers the phone.

Kevin Finley, Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Kevin founded Keystone Supply Group in August 2025 after years on the sourcing side of healthcare supply. From 2021 to mid-2025 he led a national medical supply company as chief executive, taking it past $200 million in sales while sourcing PPE, diagnostics, and shortage products for health systems, agencies, and commercial buyers nationwide.
He started Keystone to build the distributor he wished existed then, with visibility across the market, a warehouse close to the customers who need it, and the paperwork done before the emergency. Kevin still works the sourcing desk personally.
