Keystone Supply Group LLC (KSG, we, us) is a business-to-business distributor of medical, PPE, diagnostic, janitorial, and industrial supplies located at 7330 Ohms Lane, Edina, MN 55439. This policy explains what information we collect through KeystoneSupplyGroup.com and our online store, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Who this policy covers

We sell to businesses, healthcare facilities, government agencies, schools, and other organizations. Most information we collect is business contact information tied to a purchasing role. We do not market to children and do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Information we collect

Contact and account information you provide: name, company, title, email address, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, and any details you include in a quote request, order, or message.
Order information: products ordered, quantities, purchase order numbers, invoices, and shipping records.
Payment information: card and bank payments are processed by our payment processor. KSG does not store full card numbers or bank account numbers on our systems.
Tax and licensing documents: resale or exemption certificates, and facility or practitioner license information you provide to purchase restricted products.
Technical information: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring site, collected through server logs and a limited analytics tool.
Communication preferences: whether you have opted in to email or text messages, and any opt-out requests.

How we use information

To prepare quotes, process orders, arrange shipping, issue invoices, and provide customer support.
To verify eligibility to purchase restricted products such as prescription-only devices and professional-use diagnostics, and to keep the records that federal and state law require.
To apply sales tax correctly and keep exemption certificates on file.
To send order confirmations, shipping notices, backorder updates, recall notices, and other transactional messages.
To send marketing email or text messages only when you have opted in. You can opt out at any time.
To operate, secure, and improve the website.
To comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect our rights and the rights of others.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share information only with:

Service providers that help us run the business: our ecommerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, shipping carriers and freight brokers, email and text messaging providers, accounting software, and analytics providers. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us.
Manufacturers and suppliers when needed to fulfill a drop-ship order, process a warranty claim, register a device, or respond to a recall.
Government agencies, courts, or law enforcement when required by law, subpoena, or a valid legal request.
A successor entity if KSG is sold, merged, or reorganized.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies that are necessary for the store to work (cart, login, checkout, fraud prevention) and a limited analytics tool that helps us understand which pages are used. Email and text messages

Marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our physical mailing address. Text messages are sent only to numbers that have opted in, and you can reply STOP at any time to cancel. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages about your orders.

Confirm whether we hold personal information about you and provide a copy.
Correct inaccurate information.
Delete personal information, subject to records we must keep for tax, licensing, device tracking, or legal purposes.
Opt out of marketing email or text messages.

Send requests to Orders@KeystoneSupplyGroup.com or call (507) 237-6036. We will verify your identity, respond within 45 days, and will not treat you differently for making a request. If we deny a request, we will explain why and you may ask us to reconsider. Minnesota residents may also contact the Minnesota Attorney General's Office if they believe their rights under the Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act have been violated.

Data retention

We keep order, invoice, exemption certificate, and restricted-product records for as long as tax, accounting, and device regulations require, generally at least seven years. We delete or anonymize other information when it is no longer needed.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections, access controls, and a PCI-compliant payment processor. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
