Each SKU carries its own FDA pathway: 510(k) cleared, De Novo, or EUA authorized (not FDA cleared or approved). Never say 'FDA approved'. POC tests require a CLIA certificate of waiver or higher. EUA-only tests cannot be distributed after December 26, 2026. OraSure products sell only to physician offices and hospitals under KSG's agreement.
